Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may apply for a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • Your product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The item has a manufacturing fault.

To be eligible:

  • You must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and box items must be included.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Some products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earphones, headphones, and personal-use electronics

  • Software, digital products, or downloadable items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, drops, water, or negligence

  • Products purchased on special clearance or final sale

Note: Eligibility depends on product category and inspection.


3. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive:

✔ A different product than what you ordered

✔ A damaged item

✔ A missing item

Please contact us within 24–48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the product

  • Package and unboxing proof

This helps us verify your claim quickly.


4. Process for Returns & Exchanges

Once your request is approved:

  1. You ship the product back to us (address will be provided).

  2. Our team inspects the product within 2–4 working days.

  3. After verification, we will:

    • Send a replacement, OR

    • Issue a store credit, OR

    • Provide a refund (if applicable)

Approval depends on product condition after inspection.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Replacement stock is unavailable

  • The wrong or defective product cannot be repaired

  • The case is fully verified by our support team

Refund Method:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Store Credit

  • Wallet Refund (if supported)

Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after approval.


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the fault is from Dropia.pk (wrong or damaged product), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer changes their mind or orders incorrectly, the customer must cover shipping fees.


7. Important Notes

  • Products returned without verification or approval will not be accepted.

  • Any tampering with the product voids the return/exchange eligibility.

  • Opening a sealed product may affect approval depending on category.
